Double Yellow Lines for all Dulwich junctions – timetable

Provisional dates for the double yellow line junction protection delivery:

Technical design drawings.     July/August.     Parking design need to prepare technical drawings for 123 junctions in the DCC area.

Statutory consultation (including letter drop to adjacent properties).   September/October.     TMO scheduling: these are the legal documents that allow the council to regulate and enforce the parking restriction.  Statutory consultation will run for a 3 week period.

Determination of objections.   Dulwich CC 7th December 2016.   If objections are received, these will be presented to Dulwich community council for determination.

Implementation.   Early 2017.
